*Radio Play Rehearsal
Telephone Charades: 5-6 students selected. Go out of the room. Remaining students - pick an action - e.g. skydiving, washing an elephant etc. Once action has been decided bring in remaining students (5-6). In a line. Facing to the right (away from each other). Teacher will reveal the clue to only one of these students. That student must act out the action provided (no words or sounds) to the second in line. Goes down the line. Last person in the line must guess what the action is.
Animal Rollercoaster
The scene is played with 2-3 players.
Before the game the audience will shout different animals to the leader. As in the games Roller Coaster (emotions) and Genre Rollercoaster, the players are assigned animals during the scene.
The players must then take on the character of the animal assigned to them.
Examples
- Snails - very slow
- Carp - bug eyed
- Giraffe - long neck
Wink Murder: Sit in a circle. One student to be detective. Send them out of the room. Students remaining - heads down and eyes closed. I will pick a 'murderer' by tapping one of you on the shoulder. The murderer's role is to outsmart the detective by killing off everyone without being discovered. To do so they must make eye contact and wink at someone without the detective seeing them. After someone is winked at they must wait 5 seconds before - dying - and laying back on the floor. The detective has 3 chances to guess who the murderer is. If the detective does not accurately guess who the murderer is before everyone dies the murderer wins.
